180-Unit Vista Village Residence for Seniors and Adults with Disabilities Complete
East Orange, NJ (May 25, 2021) – Genesis Companies, a community-focused real estate development firm, honored residents, city officials and partner on project East Orange Housing Authority (EOHA) with a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of its rehabilitation of Vista Village at 70 South Burnet Street in East Orange, NJ. The 180-unit building underwent full kitchen and bathroom renovations in each unit, upgrading systems, installing new windows and flooring. The building is 100 percent affordable residential.
